Frank Olsen
Chief Executive Officer
Frank is the CEO of InstantRemove, responsible for all company operations and is a member of the board of directors. He brings extensive executive level experience in Marketing, Sales and Operations working for Mercury Interactive, SAP and CheckPoint.
Olsen received his MBA from the Berkley University in United Kingdom.
Alan Shafer
Chief Technology Officer
Alan co-founded InstantRemove in 2003 after getting discouraged with the number of professional publications he was subscribed to, that didn't offer reliable unsubscribe and profile management. Shafer spearheads the development of the InstantRemove platform, working directly with leading Email Service Providers to facilitate InstantRemove integration into their mailings.
Shafer received his Ph.D in computer science from the TAU university of Israel.
Douglas LaFrennie
Vice President of Marketing
Douglas leads InstantRemove's marketing efforts, with responsibility for corporate communications, strategic partnerships and marketing of InstantRemove products and services to business and Email Service Providers.
LaFrennie brings 15 years of experience in marketing communications, working for Yahoo and the USPS.
LaFernnie graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Toronto.
Jennifer Cole
Vice President, Delivery
Jennifer Cole is the VP Delivery of InstantRemove, responsible for bounce-management, reply-management and compliance. Cole works with InstantRemove customers to ensure compliance with latest regulations and help customers better manage end-user reactions to unwanted Email Marketing campaigns.
